I'm a business strategist who likes to figure out solutions no one has figured out before; and I have a husband and two cats who go with me.
I like business puzzles, as in "Why didn't that work?", "Why won't this work?", "Why isn't someone doing something like this?". It is no fun for me to follow the crowd and do something that has been proven, only adding a twist. Let somebody else add the twist to the thing i figured out! I have started a few businesses, some worked, some didn't and some were waaay too soon to work (others made them work!). But what I have learned above all is that the BEST work, the most fulfilling work, is helping other people be better in some way: better friend, better mom or dad, better worker...better person. Once you do this kind of work, and see the effect, nothing else will do. I was part of a kick-butt team for six years that created a community website for spiritual seekers, worldwide. Now we are developing a new site for spirituality in the workplace. It's figuring out the puzzle, "Why can't work be spiritual work?"
